  • Breathwork is the use of various breathing techniques to help our body by training our nervous system to reach an optimal healthy state.

    Our bodies can be caught in a state of ‘fight, flight, fawn’, this reaction originates in our nervous system.

    We can use breathwork to regulate our nervous system and improve function in future stressful or feared environments. We can shift our nervous system into a state of safety and become aware of how we emotionally handle these states.

    Breathwork is a somatic therapy that includes various support techniques to optimize health and wellness before and after your breathwork experience.

  • AWAIR is a type of breathwork experience that is based on the Circular Connected Breath. Participants are lying down in a relaxed environment (similar to yoga) where group participants are guided through a visual meditation and breathing technique in a continuous, circular connected way. When done in a 1:1 setting we can troubleshoot specific areas that are playing a dominant and suppressing emotional role in our daily life.

    The experience can vary in time but usually last one hour and is accompanied by music.

  • The optimal time for a breathwork experience lasts one hour. We often incorporate share or integration sessions after. For an average of 1.5hrs in total.

  • Yes Breathwork is perfectly safe for people in a healthy state of being. We do go over any contraindications of breathwork before any session is started and pre-screen clients for any medical concerns. You will have an opportunity to review the contraindication and ask any personal questions privately before your session.

  • You will need a yoga may or two blankets, a small flat head pillow if needed, and come people like an eye covering mask to block out light. Bring water and wear comfortable loose clothing in layers. If participating online you will need a quiet private space and headphones.

  • During your session, you will be guided to breathe into a state where you access a subconscious area of your mind. You may feel lightheaded and tingling sensations in your body. Often which moving energy in the body you will feel cramping. Emotions such as laughter or crying can also come up.

    The breathing is done in a bell curve and comes to a relaxation period at the end. Where you will have a chance to receive the relaxation benefits of your breath.

Group Sessions & Workshops

We offer a few options for breathwork experience durations to suit your company's needs and schedule. We bring all the equipment needed and meet with you first to discuss the location and what your employees will need to bring. Sessions will last 45min-90min and will be planned before. These sessions can also be held online with earphones.

Retreat Facilitation

Off-site retreats and team-building seminars. We will meet with you to plan the optimal schedule for your retreat needs. Multi-day journeys and information sessions on daily breathwork techniques. We offer a well-rounded and informative approach to add to your group outing.

One-On-One Sessions

Looking for theme-specific guidance? Perhaps you are looking to gain business insights, increase your communication and compassion or uplevel your leadership skills. These sessions can be held in person or online.
